Archives of Sites

I've included a number of archival sites because they house many more sites than I can include. Not all are noteworthy in my estimation but the archives are worth browsing.

Macromedia Showcase
A site of the day archive of sites mostly developed using Macromedia Flash. These are predominantly corporate sites.

JournalE Archives/Musarium
A high quality still active collection of well done documentaries.

Kodak e-Magazine
An interesting collection of photo essays - some better than others, but worth browsing.

FIFI- International Festival of the Film of the Internet (France)
This festival showcases newmedia works. The site is still very much under construction - award winning works and other submissions from previous years are not yet available (soon I hope).

High Five: Excellence in Web Site Design
This site is now only an archive. There are some interesting sites to be found here.

Interactive Media Design Review
The I.D. Interactive Media Design Review is America's leading interactive media design competition, showcasing the best interface and multimedia designs of the year. Winning projects were featured in the June issue of I.D. Magazine.

Atom Films
A mixed bag of short animations—some interesting, a lot developed with a young male audience in mind.

Yahoo!'s Picks
The Yahoo Picks are worth keeping an eye on. I don't necessarily agree with their choice but this is where I often find interesting sites.
