Links to Interesting New Media Sites

This is a small collection of links to web sites I think are interesting for some reason or other, either because the technical aspects are imaginative, or because of the innovative way the content has been handled, or because user interaction goes beyond what is usually found.

I've divided the sites into several groups:

Note: The majority of these sites were developed with Flash (animation software developed by Macromedia) and therefore are best viewed with a high speed internet connection. You therefore need Flash Player to be able to view many of these sites. These days, Flash Player comes with both Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers. So likely you do have it installed. If not, you will need to download it.
