RUBRICS make the teacher and students' expectations
and standards for the performance task explicit. They are a set of specific
criteria composed by the students and or teacher prior to engagement in
a task.
holistic rubrics - measure the overall
quality of the student response
analytic rubrics - measure specific
aspects of the students' work
CHECKLISTS are lists of skills or behaviors to
be checked off.
ANECDOTAL REPORTS are carefully documented
notes of events, behaviors and skills.
